This role involves providing personal care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living tasks, mobility, and transfers. You will also be responsible for monitoring and reporting changes in residents' health and wellbeing, as well as maintaining accurate records of care provided.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing emotional support and companionship to residents
  • Assisting with meal preparation and serving

Qualifications and Experience
  • Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent qualification
  • A current First Aid Certificate
  • A current National Police Check or willingness to obtain one
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills

Other Requirements
