The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience in finance or leasing, and proficiency in managing multiple stakeholders and processes. This role involves collaborating with the sales team to ensure smooth settlements, generating and issuing settlement documents, and assisting customers with queries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurate Documentation: Deliver finance and leasing documents to customers with high accuracy and efficiency.
  • Smooth Settlements: Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth settlement process for novated leases.
  • Customer Support: Generate and issue settlement documents, assist customers with queries, and follow up on documentation.
  • Dealer Coordination: Liaise with dealers and after-market providers to ensure vehicles are ready at settlement.
  • Financier Liaison: Submit documents to financiers and coordinate the settlement process.
