Key Responsibilities- Provide strong leadership in People Safety and Sustainability by developing and implementing effective strategies, engaging with business partners and stakeholders, and ensuring financial and commercial excellence.
- Contribute to the creation, implementation, and maintenance of the enterprise-wide People Services strategy within the broader People Safety and Sustainability community and leadership team.
- Drive the execution of enterprise-wide People initiatives and manage change across Regional businesses to achieve strategic objectives.
- Lead the Regional People team in managing and resolving human resource issues, ensuring effective resolution and support.
- Work closely with key stakeholders to align and prioritize their needs, creating a strong connection between the business and Group Functions.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with People Safety and Sustainability community members, business stakeholders, suppliers, government, and unions.
- Proven expertise in aligning business strategy with people and culture initiatives, using a strategic business partner model and addressing complex organisational issues.
- Extensive knowledge of contemporary HR management principles and practices applicable to large, complex organisations.
- Demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate employees to achieve collective goals.
- Exceptional influencing, relationship-building, consultation, and negotiation skills.
