Job Title:

An Event Planning Associate role at a leading event tech brand presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of our rapidly expanding team.

You will support Event Planners in researching and preparing event briefs, ranging from private dinners to multi-day events.

The ideal candidate will leverage our ecosystem of technology to seamlessly plan, manage, and track events. This role offers the chance to expand your skill set and knowledge in a fast-paced events agency environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create event proposals into our digital platform displaying all venue and supplier options with attention to detail ensuring accuracy and missing information is identified and sourced.
  • Manage the number of quotes received for client pitches and be responsible for ensuring enough quotes are received by the due date.
  • Build strong relationships with regular venues and become familiar with their spaces.
  • Attend site visits as required to increase venue knowledge and accompany clients on site visits when the dedicated Event Planner is unavailable.

  • Support Event Planners with brainstorming venue options for events based on specific requirements and venue knowledge.
  • Maintain our venue database and update it regularly.
  • Support Event Planners or Event Managers with ad hoc admin tasks as required.
  • Research and source quotes for relevant suppliers required for events.
