**Warehouse Management Role:**

This position is ideal for an experienced warehouse professional who can lead a team and implement efficient operational procedures. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing warehouses, with expertise in stock control, logistics, and supply chain management.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Leading a team of warehouse operatives, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties effectively.
  • Developing and implementing efficient operational procedures to optimize productivity and safety in the warehouse.
  • Coordinating the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Liaising with customers, transport providers, and other stakeholders to provide exceptional service.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a warehouse management role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to operate common warehouse equipment, including forklifts.
  • Proven track record in stock control, logistics, and supply chain management.
  • WH&S experience and certification.
