Technical Infrastructure Program Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Infrastructure Program Manager to drive programs that create and manage supply/capacity at our Data Centers in the APAC region.

This role will be responsible for improving infrastructure utilization as well as availability, working closely with multiple internal partners to deliver planning programs efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of technical infrastructure management experience, knowledge of best practices and emerging technologies related to infrastructure, and experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Tableau.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive programs to identify, execute and manage supply/capacity at our Data Centers in the APAC region, engaging with multiple AWS internal partners to co-deliver planning programs.
  • Collaborate with Delivery TIPMs, Engineering teams, Supply Chain teams, Business Development Managers, Product Managers, and other stakeholders to deliver planning programs efficiently.
  • Help establish Amazon Web Services as the key cloud technology provider across the APAC region and help customers leverage Data Center capacity for their success.
Requirements:
  • Advanced forecast modeling techniques including safety stock optimization and sensitivity analysis.
  • 3-5 years of Supply Chain planning experience, e.g., forecasting, planning, scheduling.
  • Experience with varying scenarios of infrastructure builds.
  • Experience in analyzing data to drive data-driven decisions.
