Key Responsibilities
  • Greet clients and manage front desk reception
  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails
  • Manage diaries and appointments for solicitors
  • Filing, scanning, and managing client documents
  • General office duties and support the legal team as needed
About You
  • Previous experience in a legal or professional services office is desirable but not essential
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and excellent organisational ability
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • A team player with a positive and professional attitude
  • Familiarity with legal practice management software is an advantage
