The Role

You will be responsible for overseeing the structural design and project management of a wide range of building projects, as well as providing expert input into the larger business strategy. Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee structural design and project management on a variety of building projects
  • Provide expert design input into the larger business strategy
  • Drive innovation and improvement across the organization
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 years' experience in building structures, with a strong track record of leadership and technical expertise
  • Demonstrated experience in concrete and building design, with a focus on innovative solutions
  • Post-tensioning experience an asset
  • Proficiency in software such as RAPT, RAM Concept, SAFE, and ETABS
