Community Care Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking experienced professionals to provide home care services to our elderly and clients with a disability. The role is responsible for delivering high-quality care to maintain the independence and dignity of our clients.
To be successful in this role, you will be committed to providing positive care, have strong organisational skills, good communication, and the ability to problem solve. You must also have a reliable vehicle that is comprehensively insured.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver home care services to clients in their own homes.
- Assist clients with daily living tasks, including personal care and domestic duties.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients.
- Work collaboratively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes.
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications and experience in aged care or disability services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable vehicle and comprehensive insurance.
Remuneration:
Salary: $27.26 - $30.58 per hour + 10% loading (less tax), plus superannuation.
Award: Local Government, Aged, Disability, and Home Care (state) Award.
