About the Position

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Officer to join our team at McMaugh Gardens, a 36-bed residential aged care facility.

This full-time role involves a range of responsibilities, including maintenance, repairs, gardening, and contractor management. The successful candidate will ensure the facility is safe, sustainable, and provides a comfortable environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out routine maintenance tasks and repairs as required
  • Manage contractors and ensure they meet our quality standards
  • Oversee gardening and grounds maintenance
  • Contribute to a safe and healthy environment for residents and staff

  • Solid mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive approach to maintenance tasks
