Trainee Warehouse Operator

We are excited to offer a traineeship opportunity in one of the largest and most technologically advanced distribution centres in the Southern Hemisphere.

This is a fast-paced warehouse environment where you will be trained in a range of operations. You will work with customers, undertake tasks such as reading truck manifests, checking loads, liaising with customers, and working in a team to ensure products are shipped correctly, on time and safely.

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate strong communication skills, some computer literacy, planning and organisation skills, the ability to work positively and effectively as part of a team, a current drivers licence, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and develop your skills.

As a valued member of our staff, you will receive award wages and on-the-job training. We encourage you to develop a long-term career and commitment to successfully complete your traineeship within the fixed term of 12 months.

The role involves a variety of tasks including:

  • Reading truck manifests and checking loads
  • Liaising with customers to ensure products are shipped correctly
  • Working in a team to meet deadlines and quality standards
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports

You will have the opportunity to develop a range of skills and knowledge in warehouse operations, including:
