We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Entertainment Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a global team.

About the Role:

  • Client Travel Requirements: Independently manage client travel requirements, including VIP client travel, anticipating and understanding individual client preferences and needs.
  • Logistical Itinerary Planning: Formulate complex itinerary plans to deliver practical travel solutions, ensuring that specific requirements are met.
  • VIP Enquiries and Bookings: Fully service all VIP enquiries, requests, bookings and ticketing with the highest standards and quality documentation.

The successful candidate will have a diverse and varied role, collaborating with our global teams to support company initiatives and uncover innovative solutions.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  1. Manage Client Travel Requirements: Anticipate and understand individual client preferences and needs to deliver tailored travel solutions.
  2. Formulate Complex Itinerary Plans: Develop logistical plans to meet specific requirements and deliver exceptional results.
  3. Servicing VIP Clients: Provide high-quality support and documentation for VIP clients, ensuring seamless experiences.
