Key Responsibilities

This role involves assisting customers, maintaining store operations, and promoting our products and services. You will be working collaboratively as part of a team to achieve our goals.

  • Customer Service: Assist customers in finding the products they need, handle customer complaints, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Store Operations: Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance, ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers.

Other Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate cash registers, process transactions, and manage cash handling procedures.
  • Maintain store stock levels, including receiving deliveries and performing cycle counts.
  • Assist with visual merchandising, including setting up displays and creating attractive window displays.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous retail experience.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
