We are seeking an experienced Independent Speech Pathologist to join our flexible workforce as a contractor. This role is designed to fit your needs and lifestyle, offering flexibility, benefits, and support.

As a contractor, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, aligning your clinical preferences and working close to home. You will be part of a passionate and uplifting culture, providing services for a purpose-driven organisation focused on delivering outstanding service to NDIS participants.

The responsibilities of this role include:

  • Assisting NDIS participants and their families/carers to identify their needs through assessment and person-centred planning.
  • Evaluating, developing, and delivering evidence-based support plans within a complex support space.
  • Developing meaningful goals and practical strategies using a positive behaviour support framework, with a commitment to eliminating restrictive practices.
  • Ensuring individual plans reflect the goals, passions, and strengths of NDIS participants, and that they get more out of life.
  • Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Current SPA membership.
  • 2 years of NDIS experience.
  • Active ABN.
  • Relevant insurance, including Public Liability, Professional Indemnity insurance, and Comprehensive car insurance.
  • Police clearance, WWC, and NDIS screener.
