About The Role

  • As part of our Trade Counter team, you will primarily be delivering products while also providing customer service to plumbers and other tradespeople as well as undertaking other tasks that keep our warehouse and trade counter running smoothly.

Your Daily Responsibilities

  • Delivering parts and products to customers using company vehicles
  • Undertaking pick packing and stock control activities
  • Helping maintain a tidy and safe branch and warehouse environment
  • Providing customer service and information about products

We would love to hear from you if you are someone who:

  • Has previous experience in delivery driving, retail or customer service and enjoys assisting customers both in person and over the phone
  • Can select orders, maintain shop floor displays and ensure provided information is accurate
  • Is proficient in using computers and willing to learn new systems
  • Hold a valid MR Truck driver's licence and are open to working various shifts, including weekends
  • Want to develop their career - either locally, within our network or at head office
