Food Services Role

The Food Services Assistant will work with a team in modern facilities, developing skills and contributing to resident enjoyment.

Key responsibilities include plating food, preparing meals under direction, maintaining cleanliness and personal hygiene standards.

A valid work permit and current police check are required. A Food Safety Certificate is desirable.

Working as part of a dedicated team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality meal service to residents in a safe and clean environment.

This role involves working closely with colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Assisting in the preparation and presentation of meals is also a key aspect of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and serving meals in line with dietary requirements and nutritional standards.
  • Ensuring that all food preparation areas are maintained at a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Providing support to other staff members in the kitchen to meet operational needs.
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident satisfaction.

  • Valid Work Permit

  • Desirable - Food Safety Certificate
