Our Transport team in Cairns is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to join our ranks. As a key member of the team, you will play a leading role in the design and delivery of major road and infrastructure projects.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer with 8+ years' experience in roads and highways, RPEQ accreditation, and a strong understanding of TMR design requirements.

  • Leading and supporting design delivery for road infrastructure projects, in line with TMR guidelines
  • Contributing to proposal preparation and supporting business development
  • Driving quality outcomes through technical review and mentoring junior team members
  • Ensuring effective verbal and written communication to enhance client experience and team collaboration
What We're Looking For

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • 8+ years' experience in civil engineering with a focus on roads and highways
  • Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ) – essential
  • Proven capability in TMR project delivery, from planning to detailed design
  • A collaborative mindset and a passion for solving complex infrastructure challenges
