We are seeking a dynamic, part-time sales expert to join our team at Gillin Park, a thriving retirement living community in Warrnambool.

In this role, you'll support prospective residents and their families as they transition into our community. Your consultative sales expertise and commitment to exceptional service will directly contribute to increasing occupancy and enriching the lives of older Australians in the region.

We're looking for someone who can build and nurture strong relationships with prospective residents and their families, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and achieve sales targets by guiding prospects from enquiry through to settlement.

What We're Looking For:

  • 2–3 years' experience in face-to-face sales (retirement living, real estate, or similar preferred)
  • Proven ability to convert leads into successful outcomes through ethical sales practices
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a strong customer focus
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently while staying connected to a national sales team
