Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled Sales Professional to join our team at Gillin Park, our thriving retirement living community in Warrnambool.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with prospective residents and their families.
  • Delivering an exceptional customer experience, positioning our community as the preferred choice.
  • Achieving sales targets by guiding prospects from enquiry through to settlement.
  • Representing our organisation with professionalism and integrity within the local community.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2–3 years' experience in face-to-face sales (retirement living, real estate, or similar).
  • Proven ability to convert leads into successful outcomes through ethical sales practices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a strong customer focus.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently while staying connected to a national sales team.
  • Competence in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce experience a plus).
