We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Assistant Manager to drive the success of our boutique and dog grooming salon in Bulimba. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting the Manager in managing the day-to-day store operations, leading a team of Retail Assistants and Groomers, and driving sales and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Manager in managing the store's operations, including inventory management and merchandising.
  • Lead a team of Retail Assistants and Groomers to provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement local marketing strategies to attract new clients and increase sales.
  • Establish and maintain a positive and productive work environment, fostering a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and maintain the store's appearance, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for customers.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role, such as an Assistant Retail Store Manager or Gym Club Manager.
