We are seeking a highly skilled Site/Civil Design Leader to lead our engineering team in delivering exceptional value to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with project managers to develop and execute comprehensive design plans.
  • Direct and delegate technical staff to ensure quality project deliverables.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and metrics.
  • Provide technical expertise in site/civil design, hydrology/hydraulics, erosion control, and stormwater management.
  • Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D for concept planning and grading.
  • Coordinate permitting with local authorities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
  • 10+ years of professional experience in site/civil design.
  • Professional Engineer (P.E.) certification required.
  • Proven leadership experience, including goal setting, performance management, conflict resolution, and team development.
