About the Role:
">As a Health and Safety Professional, you will be responsible for leading and influencing our safety and sustainability agenda. Your key objective will be to ensure safe work outcomes for our team members, customers, and suppliers by implementing world-class health and safety practices.
">Your Responsibilities:
">- Developing and managing our Health & Safety strategy and Sustainability plan.
- Creating and managing policies & procedures related to occupational health & safety standards.
- Deploying our Health, Safety, and Sustainability Policies and Standards to achieve a workplace free from injury, discrimination, and harassment.
- Leading and contributing to an organizational culture that supports and fosters safety and wellbeing.
- Managing all operational activities on site relating to continuous improvement.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
">- Expert knowledge of Health and Safety management principles.
- Experience in managing workplace injuries in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to develop and implement effective training programs.
