About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Teacher to join our team as an Educational Leader at Goodstart Quakers Hill. As a key member of our centre leadership team, you will play a crucial role in driving transformative changes and advocating for exceptional educational practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and collaborate with educators to observe, evaluate, and improve educational programs
  • Deepen the team's understanding of child development and the Early Years Learning Framework
  • Drive transformative changes and advocate for exceptional educational practices
  • Work closely with the centre leadership team to achieve centre goals and objectives

Requirements
  • Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current NSW Working with Children Check
