Infrastructure Advisory Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of potential infrastructure investment opportunities, assessing their viability via business case frameworks, investment logic mapping and feasibility studies.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments, identifying potential risks and opportunities for clients and their portfolios.
  • Develop sophisticated financial models to evaluate investment scenarios, considering factors such as cash flow, return on investment, and project timelines.
  • Perform thorough due diligence on prospective infrastructure investments, including reviewing asset management, maintenance approaches and capital expenditure, to identify potential risks and opportunities for growth and optimisation.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS, UNDERSTANDING THEIR BUSINESS AND ASSETS, AND PROVIDING GUIDANCE AND UPDATES AS THE MARKETS IN WHICH OUR CLIENTS OPERATE EVOLVE.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, bringing together our design, engineering and advisory capabilities in the delivery of seamless client experiences.
  • Attend industry conferences, seminars, and networking events to expand professional networks, share knowledge, and stay informed about infrastructure investment trends.
