Job Overview

Our Company is seeking an experienced professional to lead the technical installation, setup and management of our Core System platforms. The successful candidate will drive alignment between different GxP control system platforms, ensure system reliability, performance and compliance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system administration, system virtualization support, hotfix, KBA, and patch deployment for locally hosted platforms such as Siemens PCS7/Siemens Opt-Center/Werum/JAG.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on multiple roles available with an 18-month contract.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the lifecycle of PCS-MES systems and operations, ensuring system ownership and compliance.
  • Participate in defining strategy aligned with the standardized ES approach and create a roadmap for design and implementation of PCS-MES systems.
  • Provide oversight and review of contractors' work during design, construction, commissioning, and validation phases of projects and OPEX initiatives.
  • System administration for local platforms and systems, including development, validation, simulation, and production systems.
  • Interface with platform vendors and manage relationships for roadmap and training.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering or other Science discipline/Masters preferred, Computer Science, or Management Information Systems.
  • At least 5+ years' experience in Manufacturing, Engineering, or Execution Systems/Automation.
  • Specific experience in process automation, MES, and batch manufacturing industry standards (ISA S88 &S95).
  • Direct experience designing, building, deploying, and supporting automation and execution systems in regulated large-scale process-based manufacturing environments.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server Administration, Server Virtualization, Microsoft IIS troubleshooting, Dell Poweredge server hardware, system networking, and security.
