Front of House Team Member

We're seeking a dynamic and friendly individual to join our team as a Front of House Superstar.

Job Description:

In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, managing appointments, answering inquiries, and ensuring the salon runs smoothly.

Responsibilities include greeting clients with a warm smile, making them feel like part of the family, and assisting stylists with basin work. You'll also be responsible for handling phone calls and inquiries with professionalism and flair.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need excellent communication and organizational skills, a positive attitude, and a love for people. Previous experience in customer service or reception is a plus, but not required.
