About the Role

This critical position requires a unique blend of technical expertise and business acumen to drive enterprise protection.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Driving protective measures by identifying and mitigating threats and risks, designing and implementing effective controls, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Developing and maturing processes that ensure operational security activities are performed, measured, and managed effectively, thereby driving governance and risk management excellence.
  • Partnering with stakeholders to deliver outcomes that align with the organization's strategic objectives.
  • Overseeing analyst capability and guiding day-to-day operational priorities to maintain a secure and resilient environment.
  • Contributing to programs that advance maturity against recognized frameworks, such as AESCSF, to strengthen cyber risk management across IT and OT.

We're seeking a hands-on security leader who can navigate the intersection of strategy and execution.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Deep experience across enterprise cyber security, including threat identification, control design/implementation, and operational governance.
  • Credibility engaging senior stakeholders and technical teams, with a practical, outcome-focused approach.
  • Familiarity with industry frameworks and operational environments; certifications like CISSP/CISM are highly valued.
