We are seeking a Tax Adviser to join our leading Tax practice in Melbourne and Sydney. Our team advises on high-profile and complex tax matters, including M&A structuring and implementation, due diligence, property and infrastructure transactions, corporate restructures, inbound and outbound investment, and cross-border financing.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years' post-qualification experience or 5.5 years' professional services tax experience with a focus on M&A structuring, corporate reorganisations, cross-border tax and structuring for greenfield infrastructure and property projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise on complex tax issues for major corporates, private equity, and institutional investors.
  • Play a key role in structuring and executing transactions, including greenfield infrastructure and large-scale property projects.
  • Collaborate with leading lawyers across corporate, finance, property, and disputes.
  • Develop expertise in a supportive, high-performing team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Highly motivated and commercially minded.
  • Experienced in M&A transactions and structuring.
  • Confident working directly with clients on complex tax and deal issues.
  • Ready to take the next step in their career in a top-tier independent firm.
