Job Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments of patients' physical abilities and movement patterns
- Designing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on specific patient needs and goals
- Providing hands-on therapy, including manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercises
- Educating patients about their conditions and the importance of adherence to rehabilitation programs
- Monitoring patient progress and making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy (or equivalent qualification)
- Current registration or licensure to practice as a Physiotherapist
- Proven experience in a clinical setting, ideally in physiotherapy
- Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal and neurological rehabilitation principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and support patients
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to continuous professional development and evidence-based practice
