We are seeking highly skilled Dams Engineers to join our team in Australia. As a leading dams consultancy business, we have a secure 10-year pipeline of work and offer exciting opportunities for career growth and development.

Job Description

As a Dams Engineer with AECOM, you will be involved in conceptual to detailed design of water dams, retarding basins, and service basins. You will also conduct inspections, investigations, and condition assessments of existing dams, review monitoring data, and participate in safety reviews with multidisciplinary teams. Additionally, you will manage multiple projects from small to large scale, provide client liaison, and superintendence, and contract administration.

Requirements
  • Experience in dams engineering and design
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications & RPEQ / CPEng (highly regarded)
  • Demonstrated capability in design, including the preparation of design reports, design drawings, and specifications
  • Excellent report writing and verbal communication skills

Salary and Benefits

We estimate the salary for this role to be around AU$120,000 - AU$180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
