Job Opportunity

We're seeking a seasoned IT Leader to spearhead our Information Technology function and drive digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of leading IT teams in complex environments, with expertise in IT operations, infrastructure management, and cyber security.

About the Role

This is a newly created position that offers a unique opportunity to shape the IT function and elevate it within the business. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing IT operations, driving key company initiatives, and collaborating with stakeholders to solve problems and deliver critical projects.

Responsibilities

  1. Oversee the smooth running of IT operations and infrastructure while keeping vendors in check and projects on track.
  2. Drive key company initiatives, including international data transfer, software development network, migration to cloud, IRAP assessment, and ERP implementation.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to solve problems and deliver critical projects.
  4. Map out how our IT strategy is tracking against company goals and drive forward digital transformation projects.
  5. Lead, coach, and develop a small customer-centric IT team.
  6. Keep us secure by overseeing cyber security, compliance, and risk management.

Requirements

  • Australian citizenship and eligibility for NV1/2 clearance.
  • Leadership experience in an IT team in a complex environment.
  • Strong expertise in IT operations, infrastructure management, and cyber security.
  • Solutions-focused, collaborative, and excellent communication skills.
  • Prioritization, forward planning, and influence at every level.
