Part-time Retail Operations Manager

Job Description:

At our store, we're seeking an experienced and motivated retail manager to oversee the daily operations of our new location in Western Australia. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and possess excellent customer service skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer experiences and mentoring team members to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Managing stock control, sales data, and key performance indicators to drive business growth
  • Mentoring and developing team members to improve customer engagement and loyalty
  • Thinking creatively to expand our database and brand awareness within the community

Requirements include:

  • 1 year of experience in Retail management, Visual merchandising, Point of Sale, and working to budgets and KPIs (preferred)
  • 1 year of Customer service experience (required)
  • Australian Work Authorisation
