Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating cash tills accurately, managing store stock, preparing and presenting food, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the store.

This is a part-time and casual role that requires flexibility and a willingness to work across 7 days, including afternoons, evenings, public holidays, and rotating shifts. If you have excellent communication skills, a professional appearance, and a strong attention to detail, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate retail cash tills with accuracy and efficiency
  • Manage store stock, record sales, and maintain inventory levels
  • Prepare and present food to high standards
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer queries and resolving issues professionally
  • Maintain the overall cleanliness of the store, including cleaning and dishwashing duties

Requirements

  • A minimum of 1-2 years experience in a similar retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Demonstrated ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
  • A well-groomed professional appearance
  • Availability to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
