Job Title: Construction Engineering Professional

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to manage and deliver construction engineering projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact stakeholders to build effective business relationships.
  • Compile and submit tender proposals to meet quality standards and deadlines.
  • Establish project scope, man hours, materials, and ancillary estimates.
  • Liaise with Engineering and Drafting departments to develop conceptual and design drawings.
  • Develop key project documentation, including contracts, safety documents, and project plans.
  • Manage purchasing of materials, tools, and equipment for project completion.
  • Develop and deliver monthly invoicing to clients.
  • Coordinate project construction work teams to ensure projects are delivered professionally, safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Requirements:

  • Experience in project planning, methodology plans, and project programming using Microsoft Project or similar.
  • Ability to communicate short and long-range programs specific to the project.
  • Experience in managing subcontractors, including contract administration.
  • Ability to effectively communicate in a team environment with Site Managers and Site Supervisors.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or Civil/Structural Engineering.
