You will provide high-quality specialist care to clients, conducting comprehensive functional behaviour assessments to inform individualized behaviour support plans.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Undertaking comprehensive functional behaviour assessments

Developing individualized behaviour support plans that address the unique needs of each client

Training and supporting colleagues to implement behaviour support plans effectively

Promoting provider involvement through caregiver training and education

About You:

  • ">

  • To succeed in this role, you should have:

">

Undergraduate qualifications in Allied Health, Psychology, or Applied Behaviour Analysis

">

A strong understanding of healthcare industry policies and legislation relating to Behaviour Support and Restrictive Practices

">

Previous experience working with individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders and/or other disabilities
