Business Integration Expert

We are seeking an experienced Business Integration Specialist to lead the successful implementation of CRM/ERP systems across our newly acquired businesses, ensuring seamless transitions and high adoption rates among both office and field teams.

This key role requires a strong focus on delivery, training, and stakeholder engagement. As a Business Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for managing project timelines, supporting teams on-site, and ensuring that system rollouts are delivered efficiently and effectively.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end business integration projects across newly acquired businesses
  • Develop and deliver engaging, practical training programs for both office staff and field technicians
  • Act as the main liaison during integrations, resolving problems and ensuring timely delivery
  • Create and refine business process documents, templates, and checklists to ensure consistency across rollouts
  • Support on-site transitions (typically 1-2 weeks per project), from data validation to go-live

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business integration or project delivery within CRM/ERP environments
  • Exceptional communication and training skills - able to explain complex workflows simply
  • Strong adaptability - able to thrive in dynamic, high-change environments
  • Willingness to travel to sites across Australia for short integration periods
