We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cybersecurity Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our cybersecurity operations, you will be responsible for monitoring customer environments to identify potential security threats and performing incident response activities in line with documented processes.

You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the effective identification, triage, and investigation of security incidents. Your strong technical focus and broad security knowledge will enable you to effectively communicate complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Mentor and assist in training junior cybersecurity analysts.
  • Be the first escalation point for cybersecurity analysts.
  • Work in close partnership with internal and external stakeholders to respond to security incidents.
  • Act as an incident coordinator or problem solver for complex issues/cases.
  • Continuously improve SOC processes and procedures.

  • Experience in dealing with a variety of security cases.
  • Strong confidence in recognising and talking about key skills like network technologies & core internet protocols (DNS/web/mail).
  • Direct experience in driving resolution on security incidents.
  • Experience with SIEM and UEBA technologies.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical thinking skills.
