Quality and Safety Systems Manager

As a QHSE Systems Officer with Darwalla Group, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the company's Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) systems. This includes managing document control, traceability and safety systems, QHSE documents and records, calibration and inspection of equipment, and chemical management systems. You will work closely with the Compliance Officer and QHSE Manager to ensure that all sites meet the necessary standards and requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain QHSE systems and procedures to meet company and regulatory requirements.
- Manage document control systems, including version control and distribution of documents.
- Ensure compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with the Compliance Officer and QHSE Manager to ensure effective implementation of QHSE systems.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement corrective action plans to address any deficiencies or non-compliance issues.
- Provide training and support to employees on QHSE systems and procedures.
