Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our retail team. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service, build relationships with customers, and help us learn from their interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer service, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner
  • Build rapport with customers, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Contribute to the development of products and services by gathering feedback from customers

Working Hours:

Most of our stores are open 24 hours, so we need employees who can work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. As a part-time employee, you'll enjoy the predictability of these core hours:

  • Week 1: Monday 16.00-22.00, Tuesday 16.00-22.00, Friday 09.30-16.00, Saturday 05.45-11.00, Sunday 12.00-18.00
  • Week 2: Monday 16.00-22.00, Tuesday 16.00-22.00, Friday 09.30-16.00, Saturday 05.45-11.00, Sunday 12.00-18.00
