Job Title: Manager, ICT Governance and AssuranceJob Summary:

We are seeking a versatile, multi-skilled, and motivated professional to fill the position of Manager, ICT Governance and Assurance. This role is directly accountable to the Executive Director, Digital Technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish, Implement and Maintain ICT Governance and Assurance Frameworks:
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve comprehensive budget management strategies, ICT procurement, and contract management frameworks.
  • Establish business continuity plans that align with best practices and relevant legislative requirements.
  • Lead and Manage Teams:
  • Provide guidance and direction to team members to improve performance and capability.
  • Contribute to team cohesiveness, wellbeing, and capability through participation in establishing a positive environment.
  • Build Relationships:
  • Develop strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with key leaders and users to better understand needs and requirements.
  • Display Organisational Values:
  • Consistently display the organisational values at all levels of the organisation.
