Design Director Role

We are seeking a seasoned Design Director to oversee our high-end residential and commercial projects across Sydney.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering multi-residential, commercial or industrial sectors, with the ability to lead and coordinate all design aspects.

  • Develop and implement design strategies that meet client needs and exceed expectations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design aligns with project goals
  • Ensure compliance with legislation, BCA requirements, Construction Act, and NCC
  • Oversee BIM systems and structural engineering principles
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders throughout the design process
