Job Overview

We are seeking a visionary leader to fill the role of Service Director, where you will be responsible for overseeing a large Before and After-School Care service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Governance
    • Provide strategic guidance and direction to a team of educators to ensure high-quality care is provided to children.
    • Maintain compliance with the National Quality Framework and Camp Australia policies.
  • Learning and Development
    • Develop and implement approved learning frameworks in collaboration with educators.
  • Safety and Risk Management
    • Evaluate and mitigate risks to ensure a safe environment for children.
  • Administrative Duties
    • Maintain accurate service documentation and resources.
Requirements
  • Qualifications
    • A completed or studying towards a childcare-related Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Certifications
    • Paid NSW Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
    • First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Certificates (or willingness to obtain).
  • Availability
    • Availability from 6:30am-8:30am and 2:10pm-6:00pm Monday to Friday.
