Job Title: Security Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment for staff and customers
  • Monitor retail operations, detect potential threats and respond accordingly
  • Provide detailed reports to senior management on security incidents
Requirements:
  • Current Security Licence (AC)
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Police Check (within 60 days)
  • Previous experience in Retail Security or concierge required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical fitness to perform duties
  • Welcoming attitude with high observation skills
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday afternoons, with potential for ad-hoc weekends
