Supporting Our Posties in Delivering Excellent Service

We are seeking a team player to work at our delivery centre where you will be responsible for manually sorting mail, providing customer service and picking up mail from Corporate Post Offices and Licensed Post Offices. Your role will play a key part in supporting our Posties who provide a vital service to our local community every day.


Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Work efficiently individually or in a team to manually sort mail into logical street, number and round.
  • Provide customer service at the hatch.
  • Pick up mail from Corporate Post Offices and Licensed Post Offices in a van.
  • Lift and handle heavy parcels and bags of mail regularly.
  • Use manual pallet jacks and stackers to receive and despatch large volumes of mail.
  • Participate in initial and ongoing training with senior team members.

About You:

  • You are flexible with working additional hours if required.
  • You have a great memory, excellent attention to detail and can lift up to 16kgs of mail and parcels regularly.
  • Experience operating manual pallet jacks or stackers is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • You hold a full or probationary Australian driver's licence.
