Job Overview

Lead Maintenance Supervisor - Sydney

An exceptional leadership opportunity exists for a skilled and experienced individual to take on the role of Lead Maintenance Supervisor, based in Sydney.

  • Ensuring compliance with Engineering Procedures and Certification requirements as identified in the Maintenance Organisation Exposition and as required by the Civil Aviation Regulations, in their particular area of responsibility.
  • Maintaining at their Maintenance Base the Engineering Infrastructure necessary to ensure that R.P.T. timetable commitments are met.
  • Delivering general support of the broader RPT network operations.
  • Providing proactive leadership of Sydney engineering base and participating in the broader engineering leadership.
  • Monitoring and controlling costs associated with aircraft maintenance.
  • Managing Engineering Staff.
  • Reviewing Planned Maintenance Activities to be performed in advance.

Key responsibilities also include coordinating manpower, equipment, tooling, data, and Aeronautical Products to ensure timely completion of all maintenance activities, implementing productivity and efficiency gains, and ensuring serviceability of tooling and equipment.

Requirements
  • A proven self-starter with a flexible attitude.
  • Ability to manage a close-knit team and work unsupervised.
  • Demonstrated willingness to accept responsibility.
  • Experience in Airline Operations.
  • Ability to adhere to deadlines in a high workload environment.
