Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Instructor to join our team at RAMS in Sydney.

This role requires a strong background in aircraft maintenance and training, with the ability to deliver high-quality instruction in a theory and practical environment.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Delivery of contracted technical trade training in a theory and practical environment.
  • Working as a CH47 Course Manager according to course management procedures.
  • Development of training package materials through continuous improvement activities.
  • Review and amendment of assessment instruments.
  • Supporting the Lead Instructor in the CH47 Maintenance Training Facility.
  • Supporting the CISS Program and Capability Managers with CH47 Training Program Execution as directed.
  • Maintenance currency on Aircraft Type as a maintainer, as part of continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Aircraft Mechanical Type Qualification (B1.3 MAML), or equivalent.
  • 5 years' experience as a Rotary Wing B1.3 Aviation Maintenance Tradesperson, Aviation Supervisor, and/or Aviation Maintenance Manager.
  • Certificate IV in Aero skills (Mechanical).
