Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a workshop Service Advisor in the automotive industry
  • A comprehensive understanding of vehicle servicing, repairs, and parts, including diagnostic skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and customers
  • Organizational skills that keep the workshop running efficiently and effectively
  • Confidence using workshop management software and Microsoft Office tools
