Job Title:

HR Operations, Payroll, and Office Administrator

Job Summary:

This role involves overseeing daily administrative functions for the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate data and efficient record-keeping in the Human Resources Information System.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll in Australia, Hong Kong, and Singapore.
  • Adhere to relevant labor laws and regulations in Australia, Hong Kong, and Singapore.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Partner with the global HR team to deliver performance reviews, promotions, and remuneration reviews.
  • Manage onboarding, new hire orientation, and data entry into the ADP HR Module.
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Ideal 3-5 years of HR and Payroll partnering experience in Australia, Hong Kong, and Singapore.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and organization skills.
  • Initiative to follow through on tasks and problem-solve.
  • Ability to maintain confidential information regarding all HR activities.
  • Ability to work independently and identify opportunities to evolve people and culture systems and processes.
