Job Role

A reliable and skilled Material Handling Operator is required for a position in Wollongong. The successful candidate will be part of an established business with a strong focus on workplace safety.

  • Maintain a high level of situational awareness when operating material handling equipment to move scrap metal and materials efficiently and safely.
  • Load and unload trucks and containers in a timely manner.
  • Provide support with yard and warehouse duties as needed.
  • Adhere to all safety procedures and site protocols.
Key Requirements
  • Current Material Handling Licence (essential).
  • Previous experience operating material handling equipment in an industrial or recycling environment (desired).
  • Demonstrated understanding of safe work practices and ability to follow procedures.
  • Good physical fitness and willingness to assist with manual tasks as required.
  • Valid Driver's Licence and access to reliable transportation.
