- Ability to work independently and in teams, manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment, adapting and responding to day to day resident needs.
- Experienced in delivering group programs and/or focussed individual recreational activities with seniors and desire to make a difference in our Aged Care.

**Your Responsibilities:**

- Assist in carrying out lifestyle assessments of residents
- Actively participate in the delivery of activity programs
- Ensure complete and accurate documentation reflecting any changes to resident's status
- Liaise with residents and their families
